How Echo Peptides researches, writes, reviews and corrects everything in the Research Hub. We publish for people running laboratory work, so the standard we hold ourselves to is the one they would apply to a methods section: say where it came from, say who checked it, and say what is not known.

What this library is, and is not

Every compound page and guide on this site describes laboratory research. Echo Peptides products are supplied for in-vitro and laboratory use only. They are not drugs, foods, supplements or cosmetics, they are not for human or veterinary use, and nothing published here is medical advice.

We do not publish dosing protocols, administration routes, cycle designs or therapeutic claims, and we decline requests to. Where the published literature reports an effect, we describe it as what it is: a finding in a specific model, at a specific scale, with the limits the authors themselves stated.

Sourcing

Claims about a compound's behaviour are sourced to primary literature — peer-reviewed papers, indexed by DOI or PubMed ID so the reference resolves to the actual study rather than to a summary of it. Reference lists are checked automatically before publication: every DOI and PMID must resolve, and a citation that no longer resolves is treated as a defect in the page.

Chemical identity data (CAS number, molecular formula, molecular weight, PubChem CID) is verified against public chemical databases, and every published molecular weight is recomputed from its own formula as an arithmetic check. When a value cannot be verified we leave the field blank rather than fill it — four inherited identity records failed these checks and were corrected or removed rather than published.

Authorship

Guides are published under a named author who is accountable for the content, with their background and areas of focus on a public profile. Where an article has not yet been assigned a named author it carries the Echo Peptides Research Team byline, and we do not present that as an individual.

We do not invent bylines, credentials, or reviewer names. Of 226 published articles, 0 carry a named author byline and 0 have completed scientific review. Those numbers are generated from the live library rather than typed here, so this page cannot drift from reality.

Scientific review

Articles covering experimental findings, mechanisms or analytical methods are reviewed by someone with relevant scientific training before publication. A reviewed article shows the reviewer's name, credentials and review date at the top of the page.

An article with no reviewer line has not been through that process. We would rather show you the absence than imply a check that did not happen.

Use of AI

We use AI tooling in drafting and research the way any modern team does. It does not change who is accountable: a named human is responsible for every published page, sources are verified against the primary literature by a person, and review is done by a human with the relevant background. We do not publish unreviewed machine-generated text as though it were researched.

Commercial independence

Echo Peptides sells research compounds, and the Research Hub links to them. That relationship is on the page, not hidden in a footer. What it does not do is change a finding: we do not overstate evidence to support a product, and where the literature on a compound is thin, preliminary or conflicting, the guide says so. A compound we sell and a compound we do not are described to the same standard.

Corrections

When we get something wrong we fix the page and, where the correction is material, note what changed. Substantive updates change the "Updated" date on the article; a correction to a factual claim is not silently overwritten.

If you find an error — a misread study, a wrong number, a citation that does not support the sentence it is attached to — tell us at support@echopeptides.co and we will correct it. Corrections from working researchers are the most useful mail we get.

Research Use Only. All Echo Peptides products and all content on this site are intended strictly for laboratory and in-vitro research. Nothing here is medical advice and no product is for human or veterinary use, diagnosis, or treatment.
